Our favorite electronic pop duo Ryal is back with a hot new song! For those of you reading about them for the first time Ryal is composed of singer and keyboardist Jacque Ryal and producer Aaron Nevezie. Drawing inspiration from the works of artists such as Bonobo, Thom Yorke, Sbtrkt, Tame Impala, Damon Albarn, and Jesse Ware, Ryal crafts their music with an exceptional blend of storytelling and captivating soundscapes.

One thing I personally love about the duo is their commitment to releasing brand-new music on a monthly basis which allows us to constantly engage with their evolving sound. But Ryal doesn't stop at just music! They go the extra mile by coupling their releases with mesmerizing visuals, stunning videos, and engaging photo stories. This holistic approach to their artistry creates a multi-dimensional experience. The fusion of electronic elements and alternative synths creates a distinct sonic identity for Ryal. Their music seamlessly combines intricate synth lines, pulsating beats, and ethereal vocals to create a dreamy and immersive atmosphere. Each song is meticulously crafted, ensuring that you are transported to a different world with every track. With their music, Ryal aims to evoke emotions and tell stories. Their songs often explore introspective themes, delving into the complexities of human emotions and experiences. The duo's ability to weave these narratives into their music is a testament to their songwriting prowess and artistic vision.

For their newest song "Stay With Me," the duo met up at their home studio instead of sending tracks back and forth, and while on a long holiday weekend, the two of them wrote the track at The Bunker Studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

“We wanted this big synth intro” Jacque says. “We listened to M83’s Midnight City as a reference and thought we should try and make this M83 meets Daft Punk-inspired track but then the song had other plans for us. It became this dreamy abode.”

Speaking about the song itself, the duo's distinctive sound is on full display on this one. Jacque's voice like usual is a delight to listen to, with an astounding lyrical work like this "They’ll take us / Try and break us / Trying to change us, from undercover / I’ll make it as long as I’m next to you" Ryal is ready to take us into a complete surreal experience. The song's production is top-notch, with lush synths and powerful beats that create a captivating atmosphere. The song is a complete package, with its lyrics, production, and vocals coming together to create an unforgettable experience.

Ryal is constantly pushing boundaries and exploring new sonic territories. Their dedication is evident in the quality and consistency of their releases. They continue to fascinate with their unique approach. Next month they're also releasing a remix and acoustic version of "Stay With Me" so keep a close eye on them!
