LinoXren Steps Out in Beverly Hills as His New Album Drops

French-American artist LinoXren attended FML Magazine: The Unveiling this week at Negroni Caffe Bar in Beverly Hills, an event that brought together musicians, industry figures, and creatives for the magazine’s latest launch. The appearance coincided with the release of his new project, Plastic Made.

Born Lorenzo Merlino in Marseille, France, LinoXren grew up in the south of the country before moving to Los Angeles, where his interest in music began to take shape. After returning to France for school and later studying in Monaco, he eventually settled back in Los Angeles, earning a certification in the music industry from UCLA. His bicultural background informs a sound that bridges hip-hop, rap, and pop influences.

LinoXren released his debut album, Fairchild’s Tastes, in 2024, a concept-driven project inspired by fast-food culture that reflected his cross-cultural perspective. His follow-up, Plastic Made, arrived this month, marking a darker and more introspective turn. Across the album, he explores inequality, superficiality, and the influence of social media, layering rap and hip-hop with pop-rock textures.

Influenced by artists like XXXTentacion, Travis Scott, and Twenty One Pilots, LinoXren’s work often examines the tension between authenticity and image—a recurring theme for his generation.
