Jess Molly Bell Brings Women Together Through Running

For Jess Molly Bell, running extends well beyond fitness. The British content creator, now based in Los Angeles, sees it as a way to combine personal wellness with community, creating opportunities for women to train, socialize, and feel supported in a city that can sometimes be difficult to navigate alone.

Bell grew up in a small rural town in the UK and spent years working the traditional nine-to-five. Her interest in wellness began to grow during the pandemic, when the disruption to her routine allowed her to focus on personal growth, health, and fitness.

After nearly two years of exploring habits and practices that genuinely fit her everyday life, she started sharing her journey on social media. Since then, she has built a community of more than 250,000 followers across multiple platforms, collaborated with Adidas, Apple, and Whole Foods Market, and caught the attention of Selena Gomez, Blake Lively, and Ashley Tisdale.

For Bell, running with other women creates opportunities to build meaningful relationships in a city as large as Los Angeles. Run clubs offer a space to connect through shared interests while combining exercise with conversation, encouragement, and the added sense of safety that comes from moving together.

That vision will define the next stage of her work as Bell plans to host and take part in several run clubs with her followers throughout 2026 and 2027, bringing a community that has largely existed online into real-life experiences. These events will transform her fitness and wellness content into opportunities for people to meet, train, and participate together.

Her next project will be Nike’s After Dark series, an initiative designed to help women feel safer while running in the evening. The collaboration reflects Bell's belief that running becomes more meaningful when it brings people together.

Anyone interested in joining Bell on this next chapter can follow her on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts to stay updated on upcoming dates, meetups, and running-related activities.
