El De La Tinta Expands His Regional Mexican Run With “Holanda” Alongside Sahir Montoya and Angel Cervantes

“Holanda” marks another step in El De La Tinta’s evolution, pairing the rising regional Mexican artist with Sahir Montoya and Angel Cervantes on a hard-hitting bélico corrido that gained massive traction online even before its official release.

The release is driven by a heavy, controversial lyrical style, very much in line with this subgenre of regional Mexican music, where artists place no limits on their songwriting. The track highlights rebellious attitudes, street-inspired aesthetics, intense sounds, and meticulously designed branding while transforming the singer’s signature “RA-TA-TA” into one of the year’s biggest viral phenomena.

The official music video features the artists surrounded by models in a dark, stylized environment, highlighting imagery associated with power and excess.

The single gained strong early traction ahead of its official release, generating more than 1 million organic creations through the viral trend “Mija vente, trépate en el carro,” which quickly spread across social platforms and was recreated everywhere from luxury cars to helicopters, private planes, and even by major artists like Tito Doble P. The track also translated its online momentum into streaming success, reaching #147 on Spotify Top Songs Mexico and reinforcing its position within the emerging bélico scene.

On TikTok, “Holanda” reached the Top 10 in Mexico and Viral Charts, while on Spotify, it climbed into the Top 20 Viral Songs in Mexico. The track also peaked at #2 on Instagram Trends, and its official music video has already surpassed 3 million views on YouTube, continuing to grow rapidly across platforms.

El De La Tinta, whose real name is Ulises, belongs to a new generation of artists who understand the internet as a natural extension of their artistic vision. Although he grew up surrounded by music, his connection to regional Mexican sounds began during middle school, inspired by the authenticity of corridos tumbados. During the pandemic, he taught himself how to play guitar and turned his bedroom into a small home studio, where he began building his project.

Interestingly, his early career developed under a veil of anonymity, as he began uploading videos in which only his shadow was visible. Following the independent success of singles such as “Otro Loquerón” and the viral impact of “Ojitos Marrones,” his project gained new momentum and later led to his signing with FONO, a label under Universal Music.

In 2025, songs like “Fly,” “Aeternum,” and especially “Niña de Casa” marked an important phase in El De La Tinta’s artistic development, helping solidify his presence within the new wave of regional Mexican music through sustained digital momentum. With millions of streams across Spotify and YouTube, “Holanda” further positions him as a rising star of regional Mexican music and an artist capable of turning digital conversation into real musical impact.

The artist recently surprised fans during Guitarrazos in Mexico City, where he performed his new single live alongside Sahir Montoya. The recurring event has become a popular gathering point for fans of the genre, bringing together emerging artists and viral moments in the scene.

With “Holanda,” El De La Tinta reinforces a trajectory that continues to move from online virality to a consolidated presence in regional Mexican music’s new wave.
